Mail System

Stay Connected Even When You’re Not In Game

Every character in Mir Vengeance has their own mailbox.

Players can send letters, items and gold to one another just like a traditional MMORPG.

However, Mir Vengeance takes things one step further.

Read Your Mail From The Website

Through the Player Control Panel, you can view your character mail without logging into the game.

This means you can:

  • Read messages from friends
  • Check trade arrangements
  • View guild announcements
  • Leave notes for your own characters
  • Keep up with conversations while away from the game

Whether you’re at work, on your phone, or simply don’t have the game client available, your mailbox remains accessible.

Character-To-Character Messaging

Mail is stored per character, not per account.

Many players use this feature to leave reminders and notes for their own characters.

Examples include:

  • “Refining materials in warehouse”
  • “Need to finish Hero quest”
  • “Items listed on Exchange”
  • “Remember to craft mount food”

Simple, but surprisingly useful.

Parcels And Attachments

Mail can also contain parcels.

Parcels may include:

  • Items
  • Equipment
  • Gold

Unlike letters, parcel attachments must be collected in-game.

This protects item ownership and ensures all item transfers remain properly tracked.

Website vs In-Game Mail

You can read and send text messages through the website.

However, parcel attachments remain safely stored in-game until collected by the receiving character.

Reading a parcel message on the website does not remove or alter the attached items.

They remain waiting in the recipient’s mailbox until collected.

Shop Purchases

Many website purchases are delivered directly to your mailbox.

Simply log in on the chosen character and collect your items from the Mail window.

This provides a safe and reliable delivery system without requiring a GM or manual intervention.

Practical Example

Imagine you’re at work and receive a message from a guild member about tonight’s guild war.

Instead of waiting until you get home and launch the game, you can log into the Player Control Panel, read the message and reply immediately.

The game world keeps moving, even when you’re not logged in.
