Game Rules

These Game Rules apply to everyone who plays Mir Vengeance or uses related services (website, client, chat, mail, guild boards, etc.).

By playing, you agree to follow these rules, our Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy / Data Protection policies.

Breaking the rules can result in a warning, mute, temporary ban, or permanent account ban. A ban applies to the whole account (not just one character), and you may lose everything on that account.

  1. Respect other players
  • Do not harass, bully, threaten, or abuse other players or staff.
  • No racist, sexist, homophobic, or other hateful language or content.
  • No sexual content, doxxing, or sharing other people’s personal information.
  • Treat others the way you would want to be treated.

Chat, mail, names, guild boards, and other communications may be monitored. Reports can lead to investigation and punishment.

  1. Fair play — no cheating

You must not:

  • Use hacks, bots, macros, speed hacks, memory editors, or unauthorised third-party tools
  • Exploit bugs for unfair gain (dupes, map glitches, item/currency exploits, etc.)
  • Manipulate the client or server
  • Share exploit methods to help others cheat

If you find a bug, report it to staff. Using it on purpose is cheating.

  1. Names and identity
  • Character names, guild names, and similar must not be offensive, sexual, racist, or impersonate staff.
  • Do not pretend to be a Game Master / Admin / Moderator.
  • Staff may rename or remove inappropriate names.
  1. Scamming and trading
  • Be careful with trades. Staff are not obliged to restore items lost to scams, bad trades, or mistakes.
  • Buying or selling gold, items, characters, or accounts for real money (or other value outside the game) is forbidden (RMT).
  • Farming gold/items to sell outside the game is forbidden and can result in an account ban.
  • Accounts linked by the same person, payment method, hardware, or IP connected to RMT / farming / ban evasion may also be banned.
  1. Account rules
  • You are responsible for your account and password.
  • Account sharing is not allowed. Letting someone else use your account can result in a ban.
  • Do not create accounts to evade bans.
  • One person creating many accounts to abuse the game, farm, or bypass limits may be punished.
  1. Client and updates
  • Only download the official Mir Vengeance client / launcher from our official sources.
  • The game may be patched, updated, balanced, or changed at any time without prior warning.
  • Do not attack, disrupt, or attempt unauthorised access to our website, servers, or other players’ systems.
  1. Chat and communication

Allowed:

  • Normal gameplay talk, trading chat, asking for help, friendly banter

Not allowed:

  • Hate speech, harassment, spam
  • Advertising other servers or unrelated services
  • Flooding / excessive caps spam
  • Begging in a disruptive way after being asked to stop

Staff may mute or ban based on severity and history.

  1. Staff and support
  • We are a small team. Support is limited to when we are available.
  • Do not harass staff in-game or elsewhere.
  • Follow staff instructions during events, investigations, and enforcement.
  • Appeals may be considered at our discretion. We are not obliged to reverse a decision.
  1. Items, death, and losses
  • In-game items, gold, and progress have no guaranteed real-world value.
  • Loss from death, drops, trades, scams, mistakes, wipes, or patches is generally not restored.
  • Purchased currency/items are generally non-refundable if lost in-game (subject to mandatory consumer law).
  1. Beta
  • Creating an account does not guarantee beta access.
  • Beta is invitation-only and may be wiped at any time with no compensation.
  • Beta rules are the same as live rules unless staff say otherwise.
  1. Reporting

If someone breaks the rules:

  • Report with clear details (who, when, where, what happened)
  • Keep screenshots/logs if possible
  • Do not take matters into your own hands with harassment or revenge

False reports made to waste staff time may also be punished.

  1. Enforcement

Depending on the offence and history, staff may:

  • Warn
  • Mute
  • Rename
  • Temporarily ban
  • Permanently ban the account
  • Ban linked accounts / IPs for serious offences (RMT, farming rings, ban evasion, severe abuse)

Ban = you may lose everything on that account.

  1. Final note

Staff decisions are made to keep the game fair and enjoyable. If something is not listed here but clearly harms the game or other players, staff may still take action.
