    [Game] Weekend Round-Up

EXP Balancing The experience curve has now been rebalanced from level 23 through to level 50. Levels 1–22 remain unchanged, so players can still move through the early maps, mines and introductory caves at a reasonable pace. From level 23 onwards, progression will become gradually slower. The aim is to make Mir Vengeance a long-term server rather than one where players reach level 50 within a few weeks. Estimated progression:[*] Levels 1–11:[/b] First day or two[*] Levels 12–22:[/b] Around one week[*] Levels 23–30:[/b] A few weeks[*] Levels 31–40:[/b] Around one month[*] Levels 41–50:[/b] Several months A dedicated player who plays most days should expect level 50 to take approximately five to six months. Groups and buffs may make this faster, while more casual players will naturally take longer. Cave Balancing The complete cave progression has now been reviewed and rebalanced. Rather than adjusting individual monsters in isolation, every major cave has been placed into a clear difficulty order. Early fields and Oma areas remain accessible, while mines and temples now increase more consistently. Bug Cave remains the main early-game milestone. Stone Tomb, Treepath, Zuma, Prajna, Fox and the later hunting areas will each provide a noticeable step up in difficulty. Monsters with the same name may now have different statistics depending on where they appear. For example, a monster found in an early mine will not necessarily be as strong as the same type of monster found in a later cave. Players should therefore pay attention to the area they are hunting in, rather than relying entirely on the monster’s name or appearance. Dead Mine, Mineral Mine, Insect Cave and the Wooma approach have been adjusted to create a smoother progression into Bug Cave. Later areas—including Ancient Temple, Blood Land, Viper Maze, Yimoogi Nest, Seokcho Valley, White Valley, Dead Forest, Troll Mine, Mystery Cave, Lunar paths, Swamp Cavern, Dark Forest, Knights Cave and the Hell, Snow and Ice cave chains—have been balanced as individual hunting zones. Drop tables are also being organised by cave, ensuring that the rewards available from monsters are appropriate for the area and its difficulty. The updated cave definitions are ready, but the changes will be introduced to the live world in stages. This will allow each area to be tested properly without changing the entire hunting experience overnight. Archived from the website changelog · originally published 2026-07-20 13:12:00.
