Guilds

Founder & Leader Separation

Mir Vengeance permanently records the original founder of every guild.

  • Founder never changes
  • Leader can change
  • Guild history is preserved
  • Public profiles display both

This allows guilds to maintain their identity even after leadership changes years later.

Public & Private Guild Boards

Guilds now have two separate boards.

Public Board

Used for recruitment and public information.

Examples include:

  • Recruitment requirements
  • Guild rules
  • Events
  • Playstyle
  • PvP policies

Private Board

Visible only to guild members.

This allows guild leadership to communicate internally without exposing information publicly.

Both boards can be edited in-game and through the account portal.

Guild Visibility System

Guilds can now choose how much information strangers are allowed to see.

Public

Shows:

  • Founder
  • Leader
  • Level
  • Prestige
  • Members
  • Recruitment board

Semi-Private

Shows:

  • Founder
  • Leader

Lockdown

Shows:

  • Guild name only

Visibility is purchased using Credit Points and automatically expires when the purchased period ends.

Guild Treasury

Guilds now have a dedicated treasury system.

Members can donate:

  • Gold
  • Credit Points

All donations are permanent.

Guild resources belong to the guild and cannot be withdrawn back to players.

This creates long-term guild progression and prevents abuse of shared resources.

Guild Storage

Guild storage has been completely redesigned.

Features include:

  • Unlockable storage
  • Expandable storage capacity
  • Ongoing maintenance costs
  • Guild-funded progression
  • Permission-controlled access

Guilds must actively maintain their storage facilities rather than receiving unlimited space for free.

Rank Permissions

Mir Vengeance introduces a full permission system allowing leaders to control exactly what each rank can do.

Permissions can be assigned independently for:

  • Recruiting
  • Removing members
  • Storage access
  • Guild administration
  • Resource management
  • Other guild functions

This allows much larger organisations to operate safely.

Guild Audit Logging

Guild actions are now recorded.

Guild leaders can review activity including:

  • Board changes
  • Storage actions
  • Administrative changes
  • Guild management events

This provides accountability and helps prevent abuse.

Website Integration

Guilds are now fully integrated into the website.

Features include:

  • Public guild profiles
  • Recruitment boards
  • Member rosters
  • Guild information pages
  • Account portal management

Future Expansion

The guild system has been designed with future expansion in mind.

Planned and potential additions include:

  • Guild Territories
  • Guild Buildings
  • Guild Wars
  • Territory Benefits
  • Guild Achievements
  • Guild Statistics
  • Guild Leaderboards

The goal is for guilds to become long-term communities with meaningful progression rather than simply another chat channel.
