Item History & Item Tracking
Complete Transparency for Items
One of the most requested features over the years has been the ability to verify where valuable items came from and what has happened to them throughout their lifetime.
Mir Vengeance now includes a comprehensive Item History and Item Tracking system, allowing players to view the history of many items directly from the website.

The purpose of the system is simple: provide transparency, improve trust, and help players make informed trading decisions.
Every Item Has A Story
Many rare and valuable items remain in circulation for years.
Over time, players often ask questions such as:
- Was this item found or crafted?
- Has it been upgraded?
- Has it changed owners?
- Was it won from an event?
- Is it a genuine rare item?
The Item History system helps answer these questions by recording significant events throughout an item’s lifetime.
What Information Is Recorded?
Depending on the item and event type, the history system may record information such as:
- Item creation date
- Original source
- Crafting events
- Refining attempts
- Upgrades and modifications
- Ownership changes
- Exchange transactions
- Mail transfers
- Event rewards
- Special system actions
This allows players to understand how an item entered the world and how it has changed over time.
Buying With Confidence
The Item Tracking system provides additional confidence when trading valuable equipment.
Rather than relying solely on player claims, buyers can review an item’s recorded history and make their own decisions.
Rare Weapons, Armour, Jewelry, Mounts, and other valuable assets can often carry a detailed history stretching back months or even years.
For collectors, long-lived items may become interesting in their own right, carrying a unique story that newer items simply do not have.
Designed For Transparency
The system was created to increase transparency within the game economy.
Every action and events is displayed publicly which is available through the website to help players better understand the journey of their items.
This provides an additional layer of trust for player-to-player trading while helping preserve the history of the server over time.
Privacy & Abuse Prevention
The level of detail shown may change over time based on game-play requirements, economy balance, and player feedback. This system is here to help players. Abusing the system may see it being removed or limited views.
Building A Living World
One of the advantages of a persistent world is that items can develop their own stories.
A weapon found years ago, upgraded by multiple owners, traded through the Exchange, and eventually used in a major event becomes more than just another item.
It becomes part of the history of the server.
The Item History system helps preserve those stories while providing players with greater confidence, transparency, and insight into the world around them.
