Seems people with @btinternet.com email address are unable to create accounts, this is due to the BT marking the email as SPAM. We are in the process of tweaking our email setting to comply with BT. In the mean time if you can use another email address to sign up, this will speed up the process. If you do not have another email address please email us directly and we will provide you with the temp password to allow you to sign in to your account.
