So i ran everything, to zero, got out of the bug cave, for now, and teled to bichon.. where everything is black. logged out and back in.. still black. you can see some NPC's and lots of dots, but that is it, darkness is in bichon.

Also the percentage bar, for levelling, is still on max, you have to rely on the percentage text to see where you are to the next level.

it ended up not just being the chity/town it was the entire map, so i just reinstalled, again, this morning, and all seems well, maybe it had a bad map file, i did reinstall it before and didnt change anything. Went through the process of making sure it wasnt my machine, you know, graphic drivers and such. So cannot send you a screeny as it seems working.

There is also a quest in stone temple killing maggots, same problem as the red webbies, not enough maggots and as soon as you hit something, you fail. No way you could find that many maggots in less than 2 seconds between them.

I gave up on the oma cave quest and the lost soul one in bug cave. Went right around the maps, found ashes and that was it.

Glad the map problem is sorted.
There was an error on the server, but was related to item rental, this might of causes your issue... but will look further into today.

The exp bar looking full while the % text was correct is a client paint bug. That is in the next client.

Stone temple maggots (and the moths) were failing two seconds after the first kill because of a burst timer. That timer is off those hunts now: 8 kills, wrong types do not fail you. Take the maggot quest again.

Lost Soul is in Bug Cave (D601), not the Ashes NPC in D604.
