Bug — Invader (#bugs): Quest #12099 — how do you deliver the recipe to Craft Lady Alice? Our reply — Live NPC wiring for Alice / 12099 was checked OK on server side. If hand-in still fails, say whether the quest shows incomplete item progress or no “complete” option. Source: Discord #bugs · 24 Oct · Invader

Not a bug — wiring on live is fine.

How it works: Accept from CraftsLady Victoria (Serpent Valley village). You get SecretRecipe ×1 on accept. Hand-in is talk-only at CraftsLady Alice, Bichon Wall (368, 290) — open her quest list and complete. Keep the recipe in your bag until then (it’s consumed on turn-in).

No code/SQL change needed. Say if you want that posted on the forum.
