Confirmed fixed. The cast cap at low skill level was too tight (L0 effectively one wall), which triggered “unable to recycle existing firewall…”. Cap is now Level+3 (L0=3 … L3=6), shipped on the earlier server bounce. Reporter retested after that reboot and confirmed FireWall working. Closing this one — reply if it comes back.

can only cast 1 patch at lvl 0 is that correct removes old patch to place new one.
