Assassin spell heals mobs

Assassin spell which triggers randomly and shows a red slash animation ( I think its hemorrhage) turns mob red and heals instead of bleeds.
I have all spells so cannot say for sure which it is but its passive not active.

Bug found and fixed.
The spell was doing 2 sets of minus damage and server converted it to plus damage.
